Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. First bite into my crispy chicken sandwich was a mouthful of something resembling a ball of fat. Looked at it and half was gross chicken fat. Took it to the counter and the manager just looked at me. He turned around and threw it in the trash. I had to ask for something else. I was never offered anything to replace it or an apology. I asked for a quarter pounder, but couldn't eat it. Terrible customer service and the food speaks for itself.
Seems like this is the place everyone goes to from town. Everything was alright, didn't mess up our order. Just wished they had shamrock shakes all year round, but they don't. Wouldn't a city called shamrock get that going?
Boyfriend ordered a strawberry shake and got vanilla. Told the lady he ordered strawberry and she brought him another vanilla. He went in and told her he'd ordered strawberry and she made ANOTHER vanilla and played dumb and said she thought he was talking about vanilla and couldn't see that the shake was not pink but white and he never got the proper flavor. To top it off, the mcchicken I ordered was dry and half hard. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a mcdonald's.
Dining area closed. Only drive thru open. Because of remodeling. thanks for wasting a truck driver:s time, exiting off I-40 hoping to get some breakfast . If there was a manager there that was worth a F___ They could have advised Google about it. nyukkas.
