I have done business with this store in Shamrock for many years. Recently went in shopping for a phone. Went in three times before I decided which one to purchase. Took the phone off the shelf handed it to the cashier and told her I would buy it. She then handed the phone to a young man who proceeded to take the price tag off. I asked what he was doing and he said the phone was not 199.00 (which was on the price tag) but was 249.00. Manager, whose name is Connie, came up. I told her I wanted the phone for the price that was on it and she in a very loud voice said that I would not get it for that amount. I mentioned false advertisement and she said she did not care. That I was not getting the phone for the amount on the price tag. She was so rude. I asked for her bosses name and phone number and she yelled that she was the manager of the store. I repeated that I wanted her bosses phone number and the young man handed me a piece of paper that had a phone number on it. Turns out it was to a store in Perryton that is owned by the same man that owns the one in Shamrock. He was very nice and helpful and said he would get with the owner and try to resolve this problem. I told all of my friends in Shamrock and Wheeler about Connie's rudeness and attitude. Several said they would not shop there again. The owner certainly needs to visit the idea of a new manager, as Shamrock is very small and with her running off customers I am sure it will hit his bottom line before long.
