Genius idea ! Yes it's just a lot with hook ups but way better than rest area or truck stop. Pretty quiet too. If you complain, especially considering $15 fee you're a moron.
Great spot to stay overnight for cheap. It's off the highway a little bit but worth a little Drive. I will stay here from now on when I'm in the area. No facilities, just electric sewer and cable hookups. All you need.

Very pleasant on phone, excellent directions. We were so grateful to find a place to get off freeway for the night while traveling cross country.
Ditto on other reviews - great low-price ($15) overnighter for self contained RVS - you don't have to pay for bells and whistles you don't need. Great Verizon reception. 2 lane highway on one side, but it was pretty quiet after 8 pm. Other than that, it feels pretty country.
