The room was great! Clean and very roomy! The bed was super comfortable and huge (king suite) breakfast was ok nothing to write home about. Wifi was good. There were a larger amount of work tricks in the parking lot so half the hotel emptied early however we were easily able to sleep through it. The room was much better insulated then other hotels we have visited.
Downstairs rooms are pet friendly, and our first room (101) smelled like it. They were very accommodating and moved us to another downstairs room that was fine.
Fine hotel. Sure kept the pool area cold though. Windows open in Nov was pretty chilly.
Great room. Good food for breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Helpful staff.
Breakfast was pretty good with eggs, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal, cereal, etc.
Hotel was fine with a pleasant staff --until I woke up at 4:30am to more than a dozen bugs in various places in my room. They seemed to come from out of nowhere and multiplied once I turned the lights on. I am now having to call corporate customer service because despite me letting the front desk know of my situation (as I nearly ran out of the place at 4:45am) there was no adjustment to my bill.
